Even though barefooting has significantly improved the heel pain I’ve had, I can’t ignore the fact that it’s still there. And actually – I’m up to running about 2 miles every other day. From a certain perspective……not horrible.
The doc says it’s time for an MRI. He says the heel should have resolved itself by now, and he’s wondering if something is torn.
So it’s time to get on the schedule and “get ‘er done”.
‘Tis shall be interesting.
